Mönchengladbach, 06.03.2024 (PresseBox) – Shading requirements are defined early on in the planning stage, solution approaches and options are developed, including in combination with automation, and then tendered and implemented. This makes serial building a real option.

But what about the millions of existing buildings that are longing for renovation and energy optimization? Buildings in which the requirement right from the start is to individually record local – usually inadequately documented – conditions, evaluate them and then create solutions. There’s nothing serial here.

With clever sun protection, the discussion about the new heat pump can at best be less emotional, because sun protection – automated – is a cost-effective optimization alternative for property owners, especially in moderately insulated buildings.

Once the option of automated sun protection is understood, the question arises as to who will provide manufacturer-neutral advice and who will also implement the solutions. We are looking for a partner who plans, implements and, ideally, also provides support after installation.
